I am totally shocked that David was axed vs. Priscilla! I really liked the convertible cardigan and so would my son. It was so PERFECT for EXPRESS! Since a good chunk of their merchandise IS fitted, this was a great chance for them to get a product in the door and sell it to a guy that is typically a Large or XL who would then have an option for a next bigger size if it was too fitted. Well this Fashion Junkie had more fun gambling on Debut purchases than I probably ever would at the Casino! I really like the team format this season and I think it would be great fun to get a little team bidding going on! I am sad that Brett was already eliminated. I'm Giddy with excitement for the 2nd Season of NBC's Fashion Star! Having Express on board will be a great change-up (Although I do love H&M as well). I have numerous favorites in my closet. Macy's I will always have a soft spot for. My first 10 yrs in L.A. they got a big chunk of my salary! Saks always has phenomenal Luxe items - I have to restrain myself for sure. In the past I have only made posts listing my favorite designs but I have noticed that people are interested in a recap of the show because they weren't able to stay up for the entire thing, so HERE IT IS! During Fashion Star Season 1 Episode 7 the first showcase was with Ross and Kara. During this episode, the mentors worked more closely with the designers including shopping with them for fabric.
