How to Check for Breast Cancer

Hello, ladies!  It’s time to check your breasts.  I mean, really, do we really do this as often as the medical professionals suggest?  During Breast Cancer Awareness month I think it’s important to stop and think, and then touch your boobs a little.  As a cancer survivor myself, I know that early detection is key.

The makers of this video contacted me to share it with me so I would have the opportunity to pass it on to you.  Watch the video and then get down to work.  I’m serious.  Touch your boobs.

Update 11/7/2012: For whatever reason, the makers of this video decided to take it down.
