Women are Crazy, Men are Stupid

My grandmother always sends me really good forwards.  Today I took one of her forwards and uploaded all of the images to Pinterest.  The email forward she sent me today was titled “The Difference Between Men and Women” and included several photos and images that were hilarious.  I pinned them all to my Womanly Woman board.  My favorite image is below.  I feel like this is so true.  One time my boyfriend asked me why women are always nagging men.  I told him that women do not like to nag men but that it is usually a result of taking several other previous approaches to solve the problem with none of them effectively working.  As a result, women go nuts and it’s really because the men have difficulty comprehending the situation.  So in summary…

For real though, what do you think? Do you think George Carlin is right?  Please comment below!

I can honestly say that I completely disagree with George Carlin’s statement.  I believe that Women & Men can simultaneously be both Crazy & Stupid especially when the other least expects it.  You must understand that being Crazy and/or Stupid does not discriminate, it happens to everyone, some of course most than others, but still both genders are vulnerable to this existent trait.  Of course there are other traits that do separate Women and Men unfortunately, this is not the time or place for that, I’ll keep those thoughts to myself, It’s a little safer that way.  :)

    •  @Dragon Slayer In that case, I’m crazy and my boyfriend is stupid.  :)  (Both are true in our relationship.  He would agree.)  But not necessarily every woman is crazy and not necessarily every man is stupid.  I’m pretty sure George Carlin is a comedian so I’m sure it was meant to be a joke.  Thanks for your comment.  Now go slay some dragons!

@WomanlyWomanLB I agree, I’m sure he meant it as a joke, but from my own personal experience I have seen both sides of the coin, Although, I will admit I do have my moments also.  We live in an imperfect world, with two sides in battle against domination.  I could say more, but that would involve mentioning my recent Ex. (I’m not gonna waste breathing my fire on it).

    •  @Dragon Slayer Oh and I also meant to say that as a Sociology major, we learned in college that men and women have more in common than they have differences.  So yeah generalizations are bad.  Unfortunately, in my personal experience I’ve encountered a lot of stupid men.  But I’ve also encountered a lot of crazy men.  And I’ve encountered stupid and crazy women.  I’m definitely crazy, especially when my boyfriend is being stupid.  :)

@WomanlyWomanLB You should take a ride on my wings of fire and tour the world and together we will dominate all of humanity (how’s that sound?  LoL, cool huh?) and sayeth to them “who’s the punk bitch now”?.  Again I agree with you, I also have a crazy almost psychotic ex.   :)

    •  @Dragon Slayer LOL  I actually don’t think that men and women are in competition to dominate the world.  My boyfriend keeps saying “women are taking over” – the thing ya’ll don’t realize is that even if we were in charge we’d make you THINK you were in charge.  :P  Best trick ever.  Oh – and are you sure you weren’t stupid which cause your ex to be crazy?  Psychosis can literally be caused by lack of sleep.  Maybe she had sleepness nights as a result of your actions.  JUST KIDDING AROUND.  :)  I’m teasing.  Anyhow, my main point is that women as leaders tend to pull people together.  They tend to develop teams and encourage people in a different kind of way.  Male leadership is necessary, too, for organizations.  If a woman is in charge of the whole operation, she will want men to run some projects and women to run others.  There are also women then work more like men.  I’ve been told I have a male energy about me when it comes to work.  For example, I don’t put up with getting paid less than a man and I request pay raises as necessary.  I also stand up for myself and know what I’m worth.  Thanks for advancing the discussion.  That’s what blogs are all about.

@WomanlyWomanLB Wow, you certainly said a mouth full, I’m flexible, I can adjust to changes (Improvise, Adapt & Overcome).  LoL, not really sure if I should respond to this or leave it alone.  Maybe we started something that neither of us can finish without a few ruffled feathers.  I’m gonna be the gentleman that I am and pronounce you the winner of this conversation, but I’m open to any options.  This back n forth replies are killing me, I don’t usually do this.  My conversations are usually held over I.M.’s or over streaming feeds.

    •  @Dragon Slayer No competition here!  There’s no winning or losing in the comment section on my blog.  I appreciate your comments.  I just have a personal rule that I respond to every comment people post.  Every single time.  Thanks again!

    •  @Dragon Slayer  I didn’t perceive one bit of it as disrespect.  I am seriously honored to have a commenter.  That is my hope every time I make a blog post.  I also happen to completely agree with all of your comments.  :)  I am glad someone made those points – it’s good to discuss stuff like this.  Have a good night.
