I’ve written a few other posts about how terrible High Fructose Corn Syrup is and many people have made the argument that any sugar is bad. I personally feel like if I at least avoid HFCS it cuts out a heck of a lot of my “sugar” consumption. I’m on a new restricted diet prescribed by a doctor and for the first week she banned ALL sugar. I never realized how many of our foods contain sugar. I knew that soda pop was the biggest problem here in the United States but I had never studied it in detail. This infographic really highlights the issue and how much of a problem it is in our culture but also the impact it has on our bodies. I really don’t think God intended for us to live this way!
