Breathing Relaxation Exercise

I previously shared on this blog that I am trying to practice mindfulness for the purpose of general health.  Today I have felt a little stressed and so I decided to search for some videos to help me with deep breathing and mindfulness.

Although I don’t think you have to do it topless like this woman is, I do think that this video is a good one:


I no longer work in an office but I think that back when I did this kind of thing would have been very helpful. I could have used it in between stressful appointments or just in the afternoon for a small break.
